Short Bio
I am currently a Brand Manager Intern for Pancheros Mexican Grill. Brand Manager is a vague term that essentially means I'm part copywriter/art director/graphic designer/photographer/PR man/customer service representative/internet guy. I spend a large portion of my day manning the social channels and planning & creating content for social media content calendars. What I don't do as an intern at Pancheros is spend my time getting coffee (okay, maybe I did one time but I offered). I've created various Pancheros-branded marketing collateral all the way from sneezeguard clings to zamboni designs. When I'm not pretending to be a burrito on the internet, I'm going to class in pursuit of my Marketing degree at the University of Iowa. I will be graduating in May 2016. Before I began working at Pancheros, I interned with the Iowa City Downtown District as a marketing & graphic design intern, wrote a guest blog for the Quad City Times, and ran cross country/track & field at the University of Iowa. I'm always looking for awesome freelance opportunities, as well.
